Section 01 · Executive Summary

The shortest version of this proposal.

Kingsoft has built real hospitality software for 18 years. The product is documented across 30+ Hotelex Manual pages, runs in venues including Club Iris, Timba, Panama, Lacucina, Blackstars, MDCCCXXIV and Alfakher, and ships on hardware Kingsoft sells today. The brand surrounding that product does not match it. Kingsoft.biz is titled "Shop Kingsoft 360 POS devices" — a hardware-reseller frame for a hospitality OS company.

Visual Ventures has designed, built and published the transformation. Five deliverables are ready for Kingsoft's review now. This proposal asks Kingsoft to accept one of three engagement tiers to ship the transformation publicly and run a 90-day rollout.

Why Kingsoft should engage
Kingsoft's product reality (POS + rooms + stock + payroll + QR menus, live in real venues) is far stronger than its market visibility. Closing that gap takes a sales website, a sales collateral stack, branded hardware, and a public case study — all of which exist in draft form already. Visual Ventures finishes the job.
